Among mountains in Serbia, Kopaonik is unrivalled by its natural beauty and mineral wealth. Its wide mountain range spreads over 83 by 62 km long and a has quite distinct natural borders, carved by the deep valleys of the Ibar, Josanica, Rasina, Gornja Toplica and Lab rivers.
With approximately 200 sunny days a year, the blanket of snow stays on this mountain from November until May. The resort of Kopaonik offers a diverse range of winter sport activities on an altitude of 1600 metres and be sure - you will not miss the bliss of fun.

The novice will find experienced professional instructors that will take care of all their ski requirements. All lessons are conducted in english and there is much for those eager to try other sports such as snowboarding, monoski, hang-gliding, as well as tobogganing.

Skiing in Kopaonik welcomes intermediates with 7 red runs, few of which are suitable for advancing beginners as well.

Kopaonik is regular host to many ski and snowboard competitions, therefore the most experienced skiers will find here plenty to keep them busy and entertained. There are 3 FIS standard runs - for slalom, giant slalom and super G or downhill, and some good cross country skiing with about 20 km of marked trails.

Snowboarding is popular in the resort with excellent conditions. Advanced borders have exceptional opportunity to experience rides in virgin snow and enjoy breathtaking scenery.

Minutes away from the heart of the resort the floodlit slope is there for your pleasure between 7.00 pm - 10.00 pm every night.
